You are not alone in struggling with profoundly difficult things. When we struggle, we sometimes need help. As a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, I specialize in counseling individuals who are navigating complex relationships or experiencing depression, shame, or trauma. My job is to help you work through these nuanced issues in a safe, comfortable, and confidential space.
You may feel awkward about therapy, or have had previous negative experiences. I want to assure you that therapy does not need to feel this way. I am a real person, and I will treat you like the real person you are, too.
My counseling approach involves individual one-on-one appointments in a safe and confidential space. Typically, we will meet and talk for 50 minutes, once per week, although this is flexible depending on each individual person’s situation and needs. Therapy is a place to talk about anything and everything. In our sessions, I will guide you through processing whatever it is you are struggling with. Through this work you can reach peace, better understand of yourself, and find rewarding relationships.
